Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage

Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Brazilian lymphatic drainage massage is a  type of manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) that uses firmer, more sculpting massage techniques than traditional MLD. It encourage movement of lymph fluid through the body’s lymphatic system while also creating a more defined, contoured appearance—especially around the waist, legs, and arms.

Benefits include:

  • Reduced swelling and water retention. It may temporarily reduce puffiness, especially after travel, hormonal changes, or prolonged sitting.
  • A more contoured appearance. By moving excess fluid, the waist, abdomen, and legs can appear more defined for a day or several days.
  • Improved circulation of lymph fluid. This supports the body’s normal process of returning excess fluid from tissues back into circulation
  • It can temporarily reduce fluid retention and make the body look slimmer.
